At Growmerceedge Toolshub, we provide premium digital products and tools for ecommerce growth. Due to the nature of digital goods, our return policy differs from physical product returns. Please read carefully before making a purchase.
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day refund policy for eligible cases. You have 30 days after your purchase to request a refund.
To qualify for a refund:

The product must not have been downloaded, activated, or used.

You must provide your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

The request must be made within 30 days of purchase.
Since our products are delivered digitally, there are no physical returns. Once a digital file has been accessed, we generally cannot process a refund unless the product is defective or not as described.

Damaged or Faulty Digital Products
If your file is corrupted, inaccessible, or missing essential elements, contact us immediately. We will either:
Non-Refundable Cases
We cannot offer refunds for:

Products already downloaded or activated, unless defective.

Discounted or promotional items.

Gift cards or prepaid credits.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you are in the European Union, you have the right to request a refund within 14 days of purchase for any reason — unless you have already downloaded or accessed the digital product. By downloading the product before the 14 days expire, you waive this right.
